Once you reach the $20 (USD) threshold in your Google Adsense account, you will get notified to verify your post address when you login to Google Adsense. Put your post address then wait for google to send you a verification code by physical mail address.
In the meantime, you can setup your bank account. Once you setup your bank account, google will ask you to verify your account.
You may have to wait till the second day to receive the payment from Google.
Enter the amount you receive from Google, then your bank account is ready.
Before you have verified both of your bank account and address, your money will be hold by Google even it has reached the payment threshold (NZD 130). In my case, my Youtube revenue was loaded into Google Adsense at 16 of July, and I received the letter at the same day. It took 2 weeks for the mail to reach me from Vietnam.
Once you login into your Google Adsense account, you will see a red bar on top of the page, you can click the "Action" button to enter your verification code.
Once verified, refresh the page, you will notice that the red bar has gone.
Google will deposit the money to your verified bank account.
